Start your day by setting intentions. How would you like your day to unfold? You are in control of your emotions and actions. Set the mood, pave the road.

Remember: Intentions are not goals. Intentions are not attached to emotions or expectations, no disappointment if it does not  materializes. Keep on doing it so that it becomes a habit and the habit a lifestyle.
